By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Cancellations
   Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee or forfeiture of the booking payment.

2. Timing
   Cleaning durations are an estimate only. Actual timing may vary depending on the size, condition, and specific requirements of the property.

3. Payment & Additional Charges
   The quoted price is based on the information provided at the time of booking. If, upon arrival, the job is larger or more intensive than disclosed, additional fees may apply and will be discussed before work continues.

4. Access & Safety
   Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If access is not available, the service may be treated as a late cancellation.
